About my yoga classes
I believe that yoga is truly for every body, and that every single person has the right to feel seen, addressed, and resilient in a yoga class. My classes warmly welcome people of all bodies, abilities, levels of experience, range of motion, sexual orientation, gender expression, and clothing selection.
Do you prefer loose pants and a conservative shirt instead of leggings and a sports bra? Rock those sweats in class.
Think you're too inflexible or too large? There's no such thing, and there is so much you CAN do. We can work with that.
Want to "move into" your yoga space with all the props and use them with abandon for every pose? You do you.
Do you use wheelchair, walker, or other limitations? Yes, yoga is for you, too.*
I structure my classes as a place to be curious and gracious with yourself – a laboratory to explore, ask questions, and continue to design a yoga practice that is sustainable for each and every student. I look forward to flowing with you!
