Alison has been the perfect instructor for my needs – I am a novice yogi, having only taken a few classes at a local YMCA, and I'm 62 and starting to feel some aches and pains, especially in one of my hips. I reached out to Alison with a unique request – we wanted to hold a virtual wellness workshop for our team of employees, who are scattered across the entire country. Using Skype, she gave a wonderful presentation about mindfulness and movement in the workplace and followed it up by leading us through some “live” demonstrations of breathing techniques and stretches. She was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and our employees loved the workshop. It felt like a mini yoga session from the comfort of our own desks.
