My workplace yoga classes are designed specifically for professional environments and cater to all ages, abilities, and levels of experience.
They incorporate the science and soul of yoga while addressing common aches and mental stress from long periods of workplace demands - whether that's sitting at a desk, long hours on foot, or heavy lifting. Classes can be a traditional mat class or a chair yoga class.
Office yoga sessions take place in or nearby your office location. In the style of gentle flow yoga, I introduce breathing and postures to relieve neuromuscular tension, reduce stress, and regain focus and purpose.
Before the class, I'll work with you to identify your hopes and goals for offering yoga for your employees to design a session that supports your company's mission and culture. Classes can take place during business hours or at a bookend of a work day. Classes can be a traditional mat yoga class or a chair yoga class.

A mat yoga class isn't a good fit? I also offer:
- Chair Yoga, aka 20-Minute Desk Stretch Sessions: These group sessions, done in business attire, create a relaxing space at the office to unwind and refocus. In a common area or conference room I lead participants through seated yoga postures and breathing exercises to improve posture, relieve eye fatigue from screens, stress management, and release tension from long periods at a desk.
- Organizational Mindfulness Workshop: Part presentation, part demonstration, I’ll introduce wellness techniques for the everyday and every-person and how to incorporate them into organizational culture and routines.
- Stretch Relief Office Hours: A designated desk or area in your office for employees to stop by at their leisure for personalized wellness break stretch break or guided meditation.
