Work From Home Warrior Series
As the global community faces fear, isolation, and threats to our wellbeing we've rolled out a Work From Home Warrior series on social media channels.
We'll be live on Instagram at 2p EDT on weekdays with sessions for re-centering, celebration, stress relief, and connection.
Not on Instagram? Sessions will premiere on our Facebook page by 4p EDT for watching and permanent streaming on your time.

Virtual Yoga Classes via Shaw Yoga (on Zoom)
Tips: Be sure to open Zoom (it's free) and create an account at least 15 minutes before the first class and check that an email address that you regularly check is registered with your Shaw Yoga MindBody account. You'll receive a unique link for class in your email to click when it's time.
